Why can't I log in?

For security reasons Azoomee requires the time on your device to be correct. If you are having trouble getting into the app, please check that the clock on your device is set to the right time. 

We recommend switching date & time and time zone to automatic so the time on your device is always correct.

On a Pixi tablet simply go to Settings, click on Date & time and make sure Automatic date & time and Automatic time zone are both enabled. If you are using an Apple device, please find details of how to do this on iOS here.
